I designed the 142-page Shaped recipe book in 2016 within a strict two-week deadline. This book provides recipes for creating appealing texture-modified foods that can be safely eaten by people with swallowing difficulties.
Create a clean and simple design that conveys how fun and attractive texture-modified foods can be and how innovative and accessible the methods are to make them (i.e. moulding powder and food moulds).
Shaped has been sold to hospitals, aged care homes and private customers across Australia and New Zealand since 2016.
